Credit Analyst-1 (Fixed-Term)

About the role

VisionFund is seeking a Credit Analyst to join its finance team on a fixed‑term basis. The analyst will monitor credit risk across the organization’s micro‑finance and mortgage portfolios, ensuring timely reporting and proactive risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and report current and emerging credit risk for VFT‑MFB products.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly credit risk reports by branch, product, and cycle.
• Review risk exposure on new products and projects and develop mitigation measures.
• Compile and process mortgage documentation after loan approval.
• Assist in enhancing the Credit Risk Appetite framework and communicate risk findings.
• Produce regulatory reports for BOT and CRB, act as liaison for credit information requests.
• Handle customer disputes related to credit references and update status accordingly.
• Generate vintage, PEP, and daily collection efficiency reports.

Required profile

• Master’s or postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Risk Management; Bachelor’s degree in related fields is acceptable.
• Excellent oral and written English proficiency.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• At least five years of experience in credit management is an advantage.
