About the role

The Showroom Specialist oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of showroom construction projects across hospitality and residential sectors. This role ensures that each project runs smoothly, meets quality standards, and aligns with client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor showroom construction projects, including hotels, apartments, and residential buildings.
• Track project metrics such as timeline, budget, and quality, ensuring target completions are met.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports and recommend improvements.
• Lead the on‑site marketing construction team and coordinate subcontractors.
• Control risks related to materials and manage cost efficiency.
• Develop monthly project plans and allocate resources effectively.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, interior design, architecture, civil engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• 1‑3 years of experience in showroom or retail construction in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong understanding of construction project design and management.
• Analytical mindset for budget interpretation and progress tracking.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interaction with clients, sales‑marketing teams, and senior management.
