About the role
Our client, a leading professional services firm, is looking for an experienced Senior Audit Assurance Manager to lead audit engagements, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver high‑quality assurance services to a diverse client base.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit and assurance engagements from planning to delivery.
- Review audit plans, working papers, and risk assessments to ensure robustness.
- Guarantee compliance with IFRS, ISA and the firm’s internal audit methodologies.
- Supervise, mentor and develop audit teams to maintain high‑quality standards.
- Manage client relationships, providing strategic audit insights and recommendations.
- Monitor engagement progress, billing, and reporting timelines.
- Support proposals, tenders and business‑development initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
- CPA or ACCA qualification recognized by NBAA.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and International Auditing Standards.
- Minimum 5 years of audit experience with managerial exposure.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, communication and report‑writing abilities.
- Master’s degree is an added advantage.
