Resources Mobilization Manager

About the role

Doyenne, a Tanzanian NGO focused on empowering young women leaders, is seeking a Resources Mobilization Manager. This volunteer, remote position will drive funding initiatives to sustain and expand our fellowship programs, leadership clubs, and mentoring activities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new funding opportunities, including grants, donations, and sponsorships.
• Prepare and submit compelling grant applications and funding proposals.
• Design and coordinate fundraising campaigns and events.
• Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and strategic partners.
• Contribute to strategic planning and ensure optimal allocation of secured resources.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to evaluate funding prospects and devise strategies.
• Experience in resource management within nonprofit or similar contexts.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Background in training, consulting, or leadership development is a plus.
• Passion for empowering young women and supporting leadership development.
