About the role
Doyenne, a Tanzanian NGO focused on empowering young women leaders, is seeking a Resources Mobilization Manager. This volunteer, remote position will drive funding initiatives to sustain and expand our fellowship programs, leadership clubs, and mentoring activities.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new funding opportunities, including grants, donations, and sponsorships.
- Prepare and submit compelling grant applications and funding proposals.
- Design and coordinate fundraising campaigns and events.
- Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and strategic partners.
- Contribute to strategic planning and ensure optimal allocation of secured resources.
Required profile
- Strong analytical ability to evaluate funding prospects and devise strategies.
- Experience in resource management within nonprofit or similar contexts.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Background in training, consulting, or leadership development is a plus.
- Passion for empowering young women and supporting leadership development.
