About the role

The Logistics Specialist is responsible for coordinating the flow of goods, services, and information across the organization. This role ensures that office supplies, transportation, and warehouse activities run smoothly while maintaining compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage office supplies and inventory requests.
• Arrange transportation, accommodation, and travel logistics for staff and visitors.
• Track and monitor company assets, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance schedules.
• Handle warehouse and material movement records, including receiving and dispatching.
• Prepare logistics reports, stock records, and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and administrative procedures.
• Perform other administrative and logistics duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Experience in logistics, supply‑chain, or warehouse operations.
• Strong organizational and record‑keeping abilities.
• Familiarity with asset tracking and vehicle maintenance processes.
• Ability to follow safety standards and administrative procedures.
