Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

Twyford International is looking for a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee operations at the Mkuranga Glass Factory. The role ensures efficient inventory management, safe handling of goods, and smooth coordination with other departments.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
• Monitor and enforce warehouse safety standards and procedures.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff to improve productivity.
• Ensure proper documentation of all warehouse transactions.
• Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Good knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse procedures.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
