About the role
Join Meliá Hotels International as a Finance Business Partner and take charge of the financial health of one of our hotels. You will work closely with hotel management to provide strategic financial insight and ensure robust financial operations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations of the hotel, including cash flow and treasury functions.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Monitor financial performance against budget and drive cost‑control initiatives.
- Manage Accounts Payable, Receivable, and General Ledger activities.
- Lead internal and external audit processes and maintain strong internal controls.
- Review and approve financial transactions and reports.
- Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to support management decisions.
- Supervise and develop the finance team.
Required profile
- Proven experience overseeing hotel financial operations.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ability to lead audit processes and implement internal controls.
- Experience supervising finance professionals.
