Associate Finance Business Partner

About the role

The Associate Finance Business Partner will support the Financial Controller in daily financial operations across the hotel portfolio. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic, international environment and contribute to the financial health of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Financial Controller with daily financial tasks and month‑end reporting.
• Prepare and analyse monthly financial reports, monitoring budget versus actual performance.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable activities and ensure proper posting of transactions.
• Monitor cash flow, daily revenue reports, and expense control.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Assist with internal and external audits and maintain proper documentation.
• Coordinate with department heads on financial matters and provide guidance to the finance team.
