Yoga Instructor (Aerial Yoga) – Full‑time in Zanzibar

About the role

Join TUI’s resort in Zanzibar as a full‑time Yoga Instructor with Aerial Yoga expertise. You will work with guests of all ages and nationalities, delivering a variety of fitness and wellbeing experiences in a vibrant, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and lead group fitness sessions, including Yoga, Pilates, Functional Training, and exercise‑to‑music.
• Conduct wellbeing workshops and tailored sessions for guests.
• Plan and execute daytime sport activities and entertainment programmes.
• Maintain the highest standards of safety, quality service, and guest experience in line with TUI standards.
• Engage actively with guests, ensuring a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.

Required profile

• Energetic, vibrant personality able to work independently and within an international team.
• Willingness to complete in‑house training and adapt to a fast‑paced, pressure‑filled setting.
• Fluent conversational English; additional languages are a plus.
• Passion for sports, fitness, and wellbeing with strong personal experience.
• Certified in Yoga and Aerial Yoga; other fitness certifications are advantageous.
