Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse activities in a manufacturing environment, ensuring smooth receipt, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of goods. This role requires strong leadership to manage staff, maintain compliance, and drive continuous improvement across warehouse processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch.
• Ensure accurate inventory records through regular stock counts and ERP/WMS management.
• Coordinate timely supply of materials to production and dispatch of finished goods.
• Lead, supervise, and develop warehouse personnel to achieve operational objectives.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Optimize warehouse space, workflows, and inventory processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor warehouse performance using KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Production, Procurement, Logistics, and Quality teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of four years’ experience in warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment, including at least two years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proficiency in ERP/Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
