About the role

The Issuing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the outbound flow of finished glass products. This role ensures that customer orders are dispatched accurately, on time, and in full while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily and weekly shipments of finished glass products.
• Ensure customer orders are shipped on time, accurately, and in full.
• Verify product specifications, quantities, and order details before dispatch.
• Check product quality and packaging condition before loading.
• Maintain accurate outbound records and inventory reports.
• Supervise loading activities and ensure safe operations.
• Manage and guide the issuing team to achieve daily targets.
• Monitor compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and 6S management standards.
