Tyre Sales Supervisor – Mwanza

About the role

The Tyre Sales Supervisor will lead the development and management of tyre customer channels across Mwanza and surrounding areas, driving sales performance to meet company targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow tyre customer channels to achieve sales targets and improve regional performance.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, including distributors, dealers, retailers, and key accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to foster growth.
• Implement credit management policies, monitor credit limits, and follow up on collections.
• Collect, analyse, and report market intelligence such as competitor activity and pricing trends.
• Conduct regular business trips within Mwanza and nearby areas to acquire new clients.
• Monitor sales performance, provide forecasts and market feedback to management.
• Support promotional and marketing activities to increase product visibility.
• Ensure execution of sales strategies and achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in tyre sales or automotive product sales.
• Established customer network and sales channels within the Mwanza region.
• Strong understanding of tyre products, market dynamics, and sales strategies.
• Experience in credit management and debt collection.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Valid driving licence is an advantage.
