Travel Planner – Luxury Safaris & Events

About the role

Green Inspirations DMC is seeking a motivated Travel Planner to join its award‑winning team in Arusha, Tanzania. You will design and coordinate luxury safaris, bespoke travel experiences, and high‑end corporate events across Kenya, Tanzania, and Zanzibar.

Key responsibilities

• Create customized itineraries for high‑net‑worth clients, ensuring exceptional service at every touchpoint.
• Coordinate logistics with local suppliers, guides, and accommodation partners.
• Manage bookings, payments, and travel documentation.
• Provide on‑the‑ground support during trips and events as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and client profiles in the company’s system.

Required profile

• Graduate of a Travel & Tourism college or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in tourism, hospitality, or destination management.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Fluency in an additional European language (e.g., German, Italian, French, Russian).
• Creative, organized, and customer‑focused mindset.
• Willingness to relocate to East Africa and build an international career.
