Site Design Specialist

About the role

The Site Design Specialist ensures that all telecom site design activities are carried out in line with customer requirements, Nokia standards, engineering guidelines, and local regulatory rules. This role is pivotal for successful network deployment and construction.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and obtain approval for all technical site design deliverables, including permit and construction drawings.
• Perform static and foundation calculations, generate soil reports, and coordinate land surveys.
• Manage drawing approval procedures and ensure design-related acceptances.
• Localize global design guidelines to meet country‑specific regulations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to align designs with project specifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in telecom site design or infrastructure design projects.
• Proven track record of end‑to‑end site design compliance with customer, Nokia, and regulatory standards.
