About the role

The Shop Attendant will support the daily operations of our retail outlets in Nungwi, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and promoting product sales. This position requires a service‑first mindset and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain shops in a tidy, clean and presentable condition.
• Promote and sell products in a professional manner.
• Manage shop inventory, including receiving deliveries and restocking missing items.
• Process customer payments accurately.

Required profile

• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Strong customer service orientation with a service‑first attitude.
• Proactive and resourceful when issues arise.
• Excellent organizational and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using a computer.
