Senior Technical Advisor – Reproductive Health & CECAP Services

About the role

The Senior Technical Advisor – RH/CECAP provides strategic and technical leadership for integrated reproductive health and cervical cancer prevention, screening and treatment services across EGPAF‑supported regions in Tanzania. The role involves close collaboration with government, partners and field teams to ensure high‑quality, evidence‑based service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of integrated RH and CECAP activities across programs and regions.
• Represent EGPAF in national, zonal and regional stakeholder forums and technical working groups.
• Provide technical mentorship to EGPAF staff, government counterparts, facilities and sub‑grantees.
• Support integration of RH and CECAP services into HIV care clinics and promote adolescent health platforms.
• Oversee data quality, supply readiness and quality improvement activities for RH and CECAP services.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Public Health, Reproductive Health, Nursing, Midwifery, Medicine or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible experience in reproductive health, adolescent health, cervical cancer prevention or HIV service integration.
• Proven experience in technical leadership, multi‑site program coordination and government partnership.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of RH and CECAP programming and national guidelines.
• Experience in supportive supervision, mentorship, quality improvement and data‑driven decision making.
