Sales Specialist (Hotel & Hospitality)

About the role

The Sales Specialist will own the end‑to‑end sales process for hotel and hospitality clients, from prospecting to closing. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring clients receive tailored product solutions and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the hotel and resort sector.
• Present product portfolios, conduct demonstrations, and prepare accurate quotations.
• Negotiate terms, close deals, and manage post‑sale follow‑up to secure repeat business.
• Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to guarantee timely delivery.
• Maintain up‑to‑date sales records, contribute to forecasts and regular sales reporting.
• Provide product training to clients and junior team members as needed.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong presentation abilities.
• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in hospitality or hotel supplies.
• Customer‑service mindset focused on responsiveness and problem‑solving.
• Experience in training or coaching clients on product usage.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline, set targets and track performance.
• Familiarity with the hospitality industry is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
