Sales Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Marketing Executive to drive growth of our equipment portfolio across Tanzania. The successful candidate will combine sales acumen with marketing insight to identify new opportunities, nurture client relationships, and support the achievement of revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to meet sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Conduct customer visits, deliver product presentations and equipment demonstrations.
• Travel frequently throughout Tanzania to engage with clients and prospects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of sales experience, preferably in construction machinery, heavy equipment, mining equipment, commercial vehicles or similar industries.
• Experience in customer relationship management and business development is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
