Sales Executive

About the role

On behalf of its client, Blue Recruits is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site position in Dar es Salaam. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, building and maintaining client relationships and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Develop and execute sales strategies to reach monthly and quarterly targets
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
• Track and report on sales performance metrics and pipeline activity

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Proven track record in sales or business development
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent relationship-building abilities
• Results-oriented, able to meet and exceed targets
