Sales Executive – Fintech & Financial Services

About the role

Swivel Marketing, a leading marketing services agency operating across Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania, is looking for dynamic Sales Executives to drive growth for its Fintech and Financial Services projects throughout Tanzania. You will be responsible for building relationships, negotiating deals and expanding our client base in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities within the Fintech and financial services sectors.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships through regular follow‑up and value‑added service.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and product teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
• Track sales performance against targets and report progress to senior management.

Required profile

• Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Financially literate with a solid understanding of fintech and financial services.
• Well‑groomed and professional appearance.
• Degree or diploma in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Marketing or related fields.
