Reservations & Front Office Sales Executive

About the role

The Reservations & Front Office Sales Executive is responsible for turning inquiries into confirmed bookings while delivering exceptional guest service throughout the stay. This role works closely with tour operators, DMCs, and travel agents to maximise occupancy and revenue for the lodge.

Key responsibilities

• Convert direct inquiries, OTA bookings, and walk‑in guests into confirmed reservations through effective follow‑up.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tour operators, Destination Management Companies (DMCs) and travel agents.
• Respond to all customer inquiries promptly (ideally within one hour) and prepare professional quotations, proposals and booking confirmations.
• Manage check‑ins, check‑outs and guest requests, coordinating with all lodge departments to ensure a seamless experience.
• Promote and upsell lodge products and services to maximise revenue.
• Process payments, maintain accurate guest accounts and ensure billing accuracy.
• Prepare daily occupancy, reservation and revenue reports.
• Maintain accurate reservation records using the Property Management System (PMS).
