Recruitment Specialist – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Specialist to manage the full‑cycle hiring process for our consumer electronics, retail, and channel sales divisions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to offer.

Key responsibilities

• Align hiring requirements with business needs and create detailed job specifications.
• Screen resumes, invite candidates for interviews, coordinate interview logistics, and follow up on offers.
• Rapidly understand role specifics and expand recruitment channels to source qualified talent.
• Build and maintain a talent pool focused on consumer electronics, mobile phones, smart hardware, and retail channels.
• Track recruitment metrics, organize data, and continuously improve efficiency and candidate experience.
• Support development of recruitment channels, talent mapping, and special recruitment projects.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably with headhunting exposure.
• Familiarity with talent sourcing, candidate communication, and recruitment best practices.
• Experience or existing candidate resources in consumer electronics, mobile devices, smart hardware, or retail channels is a plus.
• Strong communication, result‑orientation, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive attitude with some talent‑resource accumulation and channel development capability.
