QSHE Supervisor

About the role

The QSHE Supervisor will lead a team of quality, safety, health and environment professionals to ensure that raw materials and finished products meet strict regulatory and customer standards. This role is pivotal in maintaining GMP/GHP compliance and driving a culture of continuous improvement across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Champion a “Safety First, Quality Always” culture and ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, GHP, SSOP and allergen programs.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing Quality team, including hiring, training and performance management.
• Own customer complaint investigations, conduct root‑cause analysis and drive CAPA implementation.
• Oversee inspection processes for raw materials and finished products to guarantee specification adherence.
• Conduct internal audits, management reviews and provide feedback on system adherence.
• Analyse quality data, perform trending and lead continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Develop, review and align procedures with the Global Quality Management System (GQMS).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in food quality and safety, preferably in a multinational food, ingredients or pharmaceutical company.
• Relevant certifications such as FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP/GHP and Lead Auditor are highly desirable.
