About the role
The Project Coordinator supports day‑to‑day coordination and administrative activities for telecom rollout and deployment projects. The role ensures smooth communication, documentation management, and operational support across engineering, rollout, and other project teams.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain a documentation folder for each site.
- Coordinate with engineering and rollout (RO) teams to keep site folders up to date.
- Work with the SAQ team to arrange site access for the ROM team.
- Secure office access cards and badges for newcomers in collaboration with local HR and admin.
- Arrange transportation, airport pickups, and hotel bookings for project team members.
- Ensure ERM demands and WBS are assigned to team members with project management and line managers.
- Update procurement systems (Tempus) for ETL team members.
- Support supplier purchase order issuance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination within telecom or infrastructure projects.
- Strong experience in managing project documentation and site records.
- Proven ability to coordinate with engineering, rollout, and SAQ teams.
- Experience supporting site access, logistics, and onboarding activities.
