Process Artisan

About the role

The Process Artisan is responsible for operating a designated process area, ensuring compliance with work instructions, performing non‑destructive quality checks, and supporting routine maintenance activities. This role focuses on asset care and continuous improvement of process performance.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the process area according to documented work instructions and safety standards.
• Conduct required quality checks and record results in the appropriate system.
• Monitor waste, review trends, and report opportunities for improvement.
• Respond quickly to upstream or downstream triggers that cause stoppages.
• Perform housekeeping using 5S principles and maintain a safe work environment.
• Execute in‑depth cleaning, lubrication, and inspection of equipment following maintenance schedules.
• Escalate unresolved maintenance issues to the team leader or maintenance specialist.
• Participate in scheduled maintenance days and post‑mortem reviews.
