About the role

Join the pre‑opening team of the new Iberostar Selection Zanzibar 5★ resort. We are looking for enthusiastic hospitality professionals to help launch the property across Front Office, Kitchen & Food & Beverage, and Housekeeping & Maintenance departments.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily operations during the hotel’s launch phase.
• Deliver high‑quality guest service and ensure seamless front‑desk interactions.
• Prepare and execute food and beverage service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of guest rooms and public areas.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet opening timelines.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving pre‑opening needs.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages a plus.
