People and Culture Coordinator – HR

About the role

The People and Culture Coordinator supports the Assistant People & Culture Manager in delivering a world‑class employee experience at Four Seasons Serengeti Lodge. This role ensures compliance with company policies, maintains confidentiality of employee information, and contributes to a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Uphold professional conduct and adhere to Four Seasons grooming, uniform, and attendance standards.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of employee records, medical information, payroll data, and investigation details.
• Assist in managing employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, counseling sessions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Support the implementation of Four Seasons behaviours and policies, including Category One and Two Work Rules and the Code of Conduct.
• Collaborate with HR team members to ensure timely communication of schedules, absences, and policy updates.

• Strong understanding of HR policies, employee confidentiality, and investigative procedures.
• Ability to communicate clearly and handle sensitive employee issues with discretion.
