Patroller – Production & Equipment Inspection

About the role

The Patroller will perform first‑level inspections on production lines and equipment, identifying and reporting deviations to keep operations running smoothly. This role is essential for maintaining plant reliability and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Review equipment and production conditions according to job plans.
• Monitor, record, and report incidents, abnormalities, or deviations using checklists.
• Take immediate corrective actions when possible and support minor maintenance repairs.
• Assist root‑cause analysis and propose improvement actions.
• Verify lubrication levels meet manufacturer specifications.
• Measure stock accurately, report to shift supervisor and CRO, and ensure additives and raw materials are available in correct quantities.
• Start standby equipment manually, stop equipment when required, and report any abnormality.
• Comply with safety and environmental regulations, perform lock‑out procedures, manage first‑level emergencies, and provide Level 1 first aid.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and follow the group’s 11 rules.

Required profile

• Ordinary Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Three years of experience in a maintenance execution team or production environment.
• Previous experience in cement, mining, manufacturing, or similar industrial settings is a plus.
• Basic understanding of industrial equipment and plant operations.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices.
• Good communication and reporting abilities.
• Ability to work in shifts with minimal supervision.
• Physically fit for an industrial environment.
