About the role
The Parts Sales Officer will drive sales growth and expand the customer base by promoting and selling spare parts for Chinese trucks. You will build strong client relationships, achieve sales targets, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while driving overall sales growth.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence.
- Engage new clients and maintain at least 90% customer retention.
- Develop long‑lasting relationships by understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions.
- Prepare and present sales, revenue, and expense reports with realistic forecasts.
- Monitor emerging markets, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular client visits to generate new business opportunities.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and orders to secure sales conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience selling spare parts for Chinese trucks (FAW, HOWO, Shacman).
- Existing client base within the truck spare‑parts industry.
- Strong knowledge of truck spare parts and related products.
- Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven customer relationship management capabilities.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven and results‑oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
