Packaging Operator

About the role

The Packaging Operator is responsible for running and maintaining packaging equipment to ensure consistent product quality and high throughput while minimizing waste. You will work on a dynamic production line, supporting brand and pack changes and maintaining a safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate packaging processes, including start‑up, shutdown and continuous running of machines.
• Manage waste streams and perform in‑depth cleaning and first‑level maintenance.
• Implement brand and pack changes on the line.
• Monitor process performance, conduct quality checks and take corrective actions when needed.
• Maintain a safe and healthy workplace.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers and participate in team problem‑solving.

Required profile

• Alert and quick to respond to out‑of‑control situations.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability.
• Team player, self‑starter and good communicator.
• Ability to work shifts in a packaging environment.
