Logistics Coordinator

About the role

A client of Shugulika Africa Limited is looking for motivated, detail-oriented Logistics Coordinators to support daily logistics and operational activities. The position is open to fresh university graduates who are proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to carry out basic data analysis. Strong performers can grow into Logistics Coordinator roles and/or support the Finance Department.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily logistics and coordination activities
• Maintain, update and analyse logistics data using Excel
• Assist in preparing operational and cost reports
• Support documentation, invoicing and record keeping
• Provide administrative and operational support to logistics and finance teams

Required profile

• Fresh university graduate; a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics or a related field is preferred
• Good organisational and coordination skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and grow in a logistics environment

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, basic analysis)
• Ability to analyse basic operational and financial data
