About the role

We are seeking a management couple to run a private tented lodge situated on the shores of Lake Manyara. The role involves overseeing all aspects of lodge operations to ensure a high‑quality guest experience. The managers will be on‑site full time, addressing issues promptly and maintaining the high standards expected by guests.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily administration of the lodge.
• Supervise and lead lodge staff.
• Oversee maintenance of facilities and equipment.
• Coordinate and operate horse‑riding safari activities.

Required profile

• Management couple with experience in hospitality or lodge operations.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Capability to handle administrative tasks and maintenance oversight.
• Comfort with organizing and conducting horse‑riding safari experiences.
• Willingness to work in a remote environment and a passion for wildlife and hospitality.
