About the role

Catalonia Hotels & Resorts is preparing to launch Catalonia Grand Zanzibar – All Suite & Spa, a luxury beachfront resort. We are looking for enthusiastic hospitality professionals to join our pre‑opening team and help shape the guest experience from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Support the set‑up of front‑office, housekeeping, food & beverage, kitchen, spa, sales & marketing, finance, HR, security, engineering and entertainment areas.
• Deliver high‑quality service to guests and ensure operational standards are met.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop procedures and training materials.
• Assist in inventory management, procurement and loss‑prevention activities.
• Participate in the launch of promotional campaigns and guest‑experience initiatives.

Required profile

• Passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving pre‑opening needs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of front‑office, housekeeping, food & beverage, kitchen, spa, sales, finance, HR, security, engineering or entertainment operations.
• Basic understanding of health, safety and hygiene standards.
