About the role

The GA Field Sales Representative will manage a defined territory, visiting customers on scheduled routes to drive sales of assigned SKU’s. The role focuses on achieving tertiary sales targets, ensuring product availability, and maintaining strong trade relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan and execute sales routes based on the Permanent Journey Plan and IQ recommendations.
  • Meet sell‑out targets per SKU for each customer and review performance after each journey.
  • Achieve numeric distribution and ensure in‑store implementation of merchandising standards.
  • Maintain product quality through proper stock rotation, storage, and replacement of damaged goods.
  • Visit all customers on schedule, communicate price updates, and develop trade relationships.
  • Maintain accurate sales administration records, submit reports via mobile tools, and reconcile daily sales and company float.

Required profile

  • Basic Certificate in Sales & Marketing or a related field.
  • At least 6 months of experience as a sales representative in the FMCG industry.
