Field Manager – Telecom Deployment

About the role

The Field Manager is responsible for executing telecom network deployment processes, maintaining operational control, and ensuring that field activities stay aligned with approved schedules and quality standards. This role works closely with subcontractor teams to deliver network equipment and applications on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage deployment activities within the assigned area, ensuring compliance with contractual scope, cost, timeline, and quality requirements.
• Execute processes that keep deployment activities on track and enforce field procedures.
• Lead subcontractor teams through installation, integration, power‑up, validation, and commissioning of network equipment.
• Monitor service delivery using operational KPIs and take corrective actions when deviations occur.
• Maintain fact‑based schedules and forecasts, collect field execution data, and provide updated completion estimates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in telecom network deployment or field operations.
• Proven track record of managing field deployment projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Experience supervising subcontractor teams responsible for installation, integration, commissioning, and validation.
