About the role
The company is seeking an ERP Support professional with strong accounting knowledge to maintain and optimise its ERP operations. The role involves close collaboration with ERP vendors and internal teams to ensure the system meets business and accounting needs. This position supports the transition to Easy ERP and drives continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Provide functional support and optimisation of the ERP system.
- Work closely with ERP vendors/suppliers on system support, improvements, and issue resolution.
- Translate accounting and business requirements into ERP functionality.
- Identify opportunities to improve ERP processes, controls, and efficiency.
- Coordinate with users and stakeholders to resolve functional ERP issues.
Required profile
- 5‑10 years experience in FMCG with African exposure (mandatory).
- Qualifications: B.Com, M.Com or MBA in Finance.
Required skills
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (including Easy ERP).
- In‑depth knowledge of accounting processes and controls.
