About the role

The Entrenchment Banker provides essential administrative support to the Fiduciary Services Division, ensuring smooth processing of trust and bank system interfaces. This contract position focuses on process‑oriented tasks and accurate reconciliation of financial records.

Key responsibilities

• Perform administrative duties for the centralised processing group.
• Reconcile interfaces between trust and bank systems.
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and data management records.
• Support record and archive management for fiduciary services.
• Collaborate with affluent client teams to uphold service standards.

Required profile

• First‑degree qualification in Business, Commerce, Banking, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3‑4 years of experience with affluent clients in personal or private banking.
• Proven sales and relationship‑management track record in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of bank products, services and digital platforms.
