Digital Solutions & Cross‑Sell Business Development Consultant (1‑Year Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Solutions & Cross‑Sell Business Development Consultant to lead the promotion and sale of our digital portfolio in Zanzibar. The role is a 1‑year contract focused on building a sustainable pipeline of cloud, cybersecurity, AI, hosting, managed services and payment solutions across key market segments.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within hospitality, government, SME and corporate sectors.
• Drive cross‑sell initiatives for digital and enterprise solutions, including cloud, cybersecurity, AI, hosting, managed services and payment solutions.
• Build and nurture strategic partnerships with local and regional stakeholders.
• Coordinate with group product teams to align offerings with market needs.
• Conduct customer engagements, presentations and negotiations to secure contracts.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and report on performance against expansion targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or sales of digital/technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of the Zanzibar market and key industry verticals.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets and adapt to a fast‑growing environment.
• Demonstrated accountability, agility, collaboration and follow‑through.
