Country Lead: Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

About the role

The Country Lead for Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding will join the People & Culture team at Coca‑Cola Beverages Africa and report directly to the People & Culture Director. This senior position is responsible for shaping the talent pipeline and promoting the employer brand across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute country‑specific talent acquisition strategies to attract high‑quality candidates.
• Lead employer branding initiatives that enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce needs and align recruitment plans.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition and employer branding, preferably in a large multinational environment.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and drive results in a fast‑moving market.
