Corporate Trainer

About the role

Hanlink Motors Tanzania is seeking a full‑time Corporate Trainer to join its Dar es Salaam team. The successful candidate will design, deliver and evaluate training programmes that enhance employee performance and support the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training needs assessments and develop customised learning solutions.
• Create engaging training materials, presentations and workshop content.
• Facilitate classroom sessions, workshops and on‑the‑job coaching for diverse audiences.
• Mentor and coach team members to improve their skills and productivity.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of training initiatives.
• Collaborate with management to align training programmes with organisational goals.

Required profile

• Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Excellent analytical and research skills for needs assessment and evaluation.
• Problem‑solving and coaching capabilities.
• Experience in corporate training and employee development; automotive industry knowledge is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration or a related field preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
