Intern Training Programs Coordinator

About the role

The Intern Training Programs Coordinator will assist the Service Delivery team in preparing, coordinating and documenting both physical and virtual training programmes for HEBO. This role provides practical exposure to training coordination, customer experience and programme administration within a professional project‑management environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the preparation and set‑up of physical and virtual training sessions in line with HEBO guidelines.
• Assist with on‑ground coordination during classes, workshops and other learning activities.
• Welcome participants, open sessions and provide basic orientation when assigned.
• Prepare and distribute training materials and ensure participants have required information and access.
• Record and maintain accurate participant attendance.
• Provide basic technical and administrative support during virtual sessions.
• Support trainers and participants throughout training delivery.
• Collect participant feedback and help prepare training reports.
• Maintain organised training records, documents and programme files.
• Support post‑training activities, including follow‑ups and certification documentation.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Project Management, Information Technology or a related field.
• No prior work experience required.
• Strong work ethic, sense of responsibility and willingness to learn.
• Flexible and adaptable, able to support evening or weekend sessions when needed.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, organised and detail‑oriented.
• Collaborative team player with a service‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Basic proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms.
