Business Services Officer (Junior)

About the role

Masika Ventures is looking for dynamic, adaptable individuals to join its portfolio companies as Business Services Officers. This entry‑level position offers the chance to work across procurement, sales, administration and operations, gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑growing, sustainability‑focused environment in Tanzania.

Key responsibilities

• Support procurement activities, including supplier coordination and purchase order processing.
• Assist the sales team with client outreach, order tracking and basic reporting.
• Handle routine administrative tasks such as document management, scheduling and data entry.
• Contribute to daily operational workflows, helping to streamline processes across departments.
• Collaborate with colleagues from Upendo Honey, Tanganyika Blue and Dark Earth Carbon to share best practices.

Required profile

• Junior professional or recent graduate eager to learn and take on varied responsibilities.
• Resourceful, quick learner with a proactive attitude.
• Open to working in a collaborative, multicultural team.
• Willing to support diverse functions without prior specialized experience.
