Business Development & Sales Officer – 3D Printing Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development & Sales Officer to drive the adoption of 3D printing and STEM education solutions across Tanzania. Based in Dar es Salaam, you will represent Swahili Dmakers Limited at events, build strategic partnerships, and generate new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Sell 3D printers, filaments, and related STEM solutions to schools, universities, training institutions, and businesses.
• Identify and cultivate partnerships with educational and corporate organisations.
• Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations.
• Prepare proposals, business correspondence, and negotiate contracts.
• Travel throughout Tanzania to attend events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Required profile

• Strong communication and presentation abilities in English and Swahili.
• Proven negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Passion for technology, innovation, and education.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, ICT, or Education Technology.
