Business Development & Account Manager – Europe (Remote)

About the role

Beem is seeking a Business Development & Account Manager to lead its European wholesale partnerships remotely. You will manage a portfolio of international SMS aggregators, mobile network operators and telecom carriers, driving revenue growth across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and expand relationships with wholesale partners, ensuring their business needs are met and exceeded.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities in the A2P SMS market.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and manage contracts across various regions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and communicate via email, Teams, Slack and WhatsApp.
• Monitor market trends, pricing structures and routing models to inform strategy.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in wholesale telecommunications, specifically A2P SMS.
• Current or recent experience with an SMS aggregator, CPaaS provider, telecom carrier, messaging hub or MNO wholesale division, with an active network of industry contacts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecommunications, IT, Marketing or a related field.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Based in Europe, preferably Croatia, Serbia or neighboring countries.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of the international A2P SMS wholesale market, traffic flows and pricing.
• Understanding of direct, indirect and alternative routing models.
• Familiarity with messaging regulations, sender‑ID requirements and compliance standards.
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing partner relationships.
