Business Controller

About the role

The Business Controller will support TEMTL’s finance function by preparing key financial reports, analysing performance, and assisting the Budget Manager with strategic planning. This role is central to ensuring accurate financial information for senior management and shareholders.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including P&L dashboards and working capital requirement analyses.
• Generate investment, capex liquidation, and EWURA compliance reports, reconciling data with SAP.
• Produce daily margin and sales reports, distribute them to commercial teams and management.
• Enter product pricing in SAP, create vendor and staff accounts, and monitor cost‑of‑product calculations.
• Support the Budget Manager in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual business reviews, budget files, and long‑term plans.
• Analyse results, provide explanations for variances, and update the executive dashboard.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• At least 3 years of experience in a finance role.
• Proficiency in SAP modules (MM, SD, FI) and advanced Excel skills.
