Acceptance Close-Out Supervisor

About the role

The Acceptance Close-Out Supervisor leads end‑to‑end site acceptance and close‑out activities for telecom network deployment projects. The role ensures that each site meets contractual obligations, design specifications, quality standards, and triggers revenue recognition and formal project closure.

Key responsibilities

• Drive site acceptance and revenue recognition triggers for customer projects.
• Ensure sites are built according to approved documentation, delivered on time and with required quality.
• Coordinate and conduct site acceptance visits with customers.
• Manage closure of all open points with subcontractors and relevant stakeholders.
• Align and agree on site close‑out checklists with customers.
• Close defects and open points identified during acceptance.
• Lead clearance of site defects with suppliers and approve site readiness before customer acceptance.
• Validate equipment installation against Method of Procedure and specifications.
• Obtain customer acceptance certificates for sites/projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in telecom rollout, implementation, or site acceptance activities.
• Proven experience managing site acceptance and close‑out for telecom network deployments.
• Strong ability to ensure delivery according to approved designs, as‑built documents, and customer specifications.
• Experience coordinating site acceptance visits and achieving revenue recognition milestones.
• Ability to manage defect closure, punch lists, and open points with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Experience preparing and aligning site close‑out checklists and acceptance documentation with customers.
