Vehicle Dispatcher

About the role

We are looking for a Vehicle Dispatcher to coordinate transportation resources in Arusha. The role involves managing vehicle assignments, processing invoices and supporting the logistics team with timely freight applications.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and organize transportation resources for efficient dispatch.
• Prepare, upload and manage all types of invoices.
• Submit freight applications in accordance with company procedures.
• Assist the leader with additional temporary tasks as required.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in transportation or logistics operations.
• Strong self‑motivation, execution ability and stability.
• Clear thinking and ability to work independently.
• Experience in internal transportation within a manufacturing environment and collaboration with third‑party carriers.

Required skills

• Proficiency in computer operation.
• Familiarity with resource management systems (preferred).
