Vehicle Dispatch Specialist – Mwanza & Arusha

About the role

We are looking for a Vehicle Dispatch Specialist to manage transportation resources across our Mwanza and Arusha sites. The role ensures smooth coordination of vehicle dispatch, invoice processing and freight applications within a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and organise transportation resources to meet operational needs.
• Prepare, upload and manage all types of invoices related to transport activities.
• Submit freight applications and ensure timely processing.
• Support the team leader with additional temporary tasks as required.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in transportation or logistics operations.
• Strong self‑motivation, execution ability and stability.
• Clear thinking and ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with computer operations and preferably experience with a resource management system.
• Experience in internal transportation within a manufacturing enterprise and collaboration with third‑party transport providers.
