About the role
The Tyre Sales Supervisor will lead and expand tyre sales channels across the Mwanza region, driving revenue growth while maintaining strong customer relationships and effective credit management. This role is responsible for achieving sales targets, developing market opportunities, and ensuring the company’s brand visibility in the local market.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop tyre customer channels to improve regional sales performance and meet company targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Implement credit management policies, monitor repayments, and minimise credit risks.
- Collect, analyse, and report market information, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Travel regularly within the region to acquire new clients and uncover sales opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Promote company products and maintain brand visibility in the market.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in tyre sales or a related industry.
- Strong customer network and established sales channels within the Mwanza region.
- Excellent sales, negotiation and channel management abilities.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Honest, responsible and result‑oriented.
- Resident/local candidate from Mwanza.
