Treasury Manager – Corporate Finance

About the role

Africa Global Logistics Tanzania Limited is looking for an experienced Treasury Manager to lead cash and liquidity management, bank relations, and credit oversight. The role is based in Dar es Salaam and reports to senior finance leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily cash positioning, prepare payment proposals and monitor inter‑company cash agreements.
• Maintain core bank relationships, benchmark fees and negotiate tariffs, while coordinating credit agreements and guarantees.
• Drive customer credit assessments, monitor DSO and overdue trends, and work with collections and commercial teams on action plans.
• Administer e‑banking platforms, enforce maker‑checker controls, and keep KYC/sanctions data up to date.
• Prepare monthly treasury dashboards covering liquidity, bank fees, FX results and credit exposures, ensuring compliance with internal validation steps.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Banking or related field.
• 5‑10 years of experience in corporate finance, treasury, credit management or accounting.
• Proven ability to manage bank tariff negotiations, digital banking systems and ERP bank statement reconciliation.
• Strong analytical mindset, high integrity and a robust compliance culture.
